Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of advanced technical solutions for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to analyze project requirements and propose innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and maintain our competitive edge.
Conduct research and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability and impact of implementing new technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Participate in client meetings, effectively conveying technical concepts and discussing project requirements.

Requirements:

Strong background in a relevant technical field, with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in implementing advanced technical solutions within the Construction/Real Estate industry.
Expertise in utilizing cutting-edge technologies, such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Building Information Modeling (BIM), to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex scenarios and develop efficient solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
