Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative dining experiences
Collaborate with world-class chefs and local producers to create seasonal menus
Source sustainable ingredients and develop relationships with local suppliers
Ensure exceptional culinary standards and maintain consistency across all dining establishments
Champion waste reduction, food rescue, and sustainable practices
Continually explore new culinary trends and techniques

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role
Proven track record of innovative and imaginative culinary creations
Strong knowledge of local and international food trends
Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly practices within the culinary industry
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A creative and open mindset, always seeking new opportunities for experimentation
