As a Safety and Wellness Specialist at Daelzicht, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and healthy environment for our employees. Utilizing your expertise in the construction/real estate industry, you will implement and maintain safety protocols, assess potential risks, and develop strategies to prevent accidents or injuries.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement safety procedures and policies to align with industry regulations
Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety
Develop training programs to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response skills
Manage safety-related documentation and provide reports to management

Requirements:
