Key Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent within the environmental sustainability sector.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for both the role and our mission-driven organization.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Deep understanding of environmental sustainability and its associated skill sets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
