Position: Guest Experience Specialist

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining a friendly atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing a warm and welcoming environment to guests upon their arrival
Delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding guest expectations
Assisting guests with requests, inquiries, and making recommendations
Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with attention to detail
Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
Addressing and resolving guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
Contributing to a positive team environment through collaboration and communication

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
