Position: Design and Development Specialist

We are currently looking for a talented Design and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Design and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding projects from concept to completion. This position requires a deep understanding of architectural design, urban planning, and real estate development.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop concepts and plans for future projects.
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and environmental assessments to support project development decisions.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate with local authorities, government agencies, and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Oversee project teams and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
Proven experience in design and development within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
Proficient in CAD software, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.
