Position: Regulatory Compliance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and assess regulatory compliance within assigned industries
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify compliance gaps and risks
- Provide guidance and training to internal staff and industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a government or nonprofit setting
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software
- Professional certifications in regulatory compliance preferred
