Role Overview:

As a Performing Arts Catalyst, you will be at the forefront of our organization's creative initiatives. Your role will involve curating captivating performances, engaging with the community, and nurturing budding local talent. Responsibilities:

Curate a diverse repertoire of theatrical performances that align with our mission.
Collaborate with local artists, writers, and directors to develop innovative and thought-provoking shows.
Organize auditions and nurture emerging talent within the community.
Manage all aspects of production, including casting, rehearsals, set design, and technical requirements.
Engage with the community through workshops, educational programs, and outreach initiatives.
Build relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and government organizations to secure funding and resources.
Collaborate with our dedicated volunteer team to ensure smooth operations during performances.

Requirements:

Prior experience in theater production or arts management.
A deep appreciation for the performing arts and their impact on society.
