Your role as a Construction Project Coordinator:

Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying resources required for successful project completion.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in the procurement process by evaluating bids and selecting qualified contractors.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any on-site concerns.

Required qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.
