As the Architectural Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and development of various construction projects in the region. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with architects and contractors to translate designs into executable plans
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Manage project risks and proactively resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software
