With this in mind, we are searching for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through various channels
- Conducting thorough candidate screening and interviews
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
- Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
- Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Creating and managing the employer branding and social media presence
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates' cultural fit and potential
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
