Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge strategies and solutions that align with our company's vision.
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and design innovative product prototypes compatible with our beauty products.
Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed ideas and present recommendations to senior management.
Monitor market competition and conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement for our products and services.

Qualifications:

A strong background in research, market analysis, and trend forecasting in the Beauty/Healthcare industry.
