Your role:

Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their visit.
Manage the front desk and be the main point of contact for inquiries, reservations, and check-ins.
Provide accurate information about our facilities, services, and programs, helping guests make informed decisions.
Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining guest records, handling payments, and managing reservations.
Collaborate with the concierge team to coordinate guest activities and ensure personalized experiences.
Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

Your qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Proficient computer skills and experience with hotel management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
