Responsibilities:

Design and deliver innovative training programs tailored to the specific needs of the hospitality industry
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing employees
Create learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective training practices

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant and hotel operations
Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
