Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Support project team members by providing guidance and assistance as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
