Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports
Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Support project team members by providing guidance and assistance as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in project management software and tools
