Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance ThermaSol's reputation as a desirable workplace
Implement tools and technologies to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the wellness or technology industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing needs
Passion for innovation and driving growth
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
