Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and talented professional to join our team as an Innovation and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. You will leverage your expertise in HR practices and cutting-edge recruitment strategies to contribute to the growth and success of our municipal administration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various job functions and levels.
Employ innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, and industry events, to expand our talent pool.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for further consideration.
Lead and organize recruitment events, such as career fairs and job expos, to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends and technologies, incorporating them into our talent acquisition strategies.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Regularly analyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
Experience utilizing innovative recruitment tools and platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
