What will you be doing?

Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels and talent acquisition strategies
Design and implement innovative onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless integration of new team members
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential candidates, fostering a diverse and engaged talent pipeline
Collaborate with department heads to understand and anticipate workforce needs, providing strategic staffing solutions
Promote employee engagement initiatives, organizing team-building activities and events that reinforce our company culture
Act as an internal coach, assisting employees with career development, performance management, and conflict resolution
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent management processes
