Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer a comprehensive rewards and benefits framework for our employees.

- Collaborate with department heads and HR team to develop innovative rewards strategies that drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing rewards and benefits programs.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and regulations related to employee rewards and benefits.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
