Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Rewards and Benefits Specialist and play a key role in enhancing the employee experience at Harris Farm Markets. We are seeking a motivated individual to develop and implement our rewards and benefits programs, ensuring our employees enjoy a fulfilling and rewarding career with us.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and administer a comprehensive rewards and benefits framework for our employees.
Evaluate and enhance existing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and benchmark our offerings against competitors.
Collaborate with department heads and HR team to develop innovative rewards strategies that drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
Create effective communication materials to promote rewards programs and educate employees about their benefits.
Manage employee performance recognition programs and rewards, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations regarding employee rewards and benefits.
Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience in designing and implementing rewards and benefits programs.
Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and regulations related to employee rewards and benefits.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
