We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Project Manager in the Building & Development sector.

Your Role:

Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met according to the agreed timelines and budgets.
Develop project plans, including scoping, risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including procurement, project tracking, quality assurance, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.
Provide expert advice and assistance to senior management regarding project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
Knowledge of New Zealand's building and development regulations is highly desirable.
