We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Project Manager in the Building & Development sector.


Your Role:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met according to the agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Develop project plans, including scoping, risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including procurement, project tracking, quality assurance, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to senior management regarding project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
  • Knowledge of New Zealand's building and development regulations is highly desirable.
