Your Role:
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met according to the agreed timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scoping, risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including procurement, project tracking, quality assurance, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to senior management regarding project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
- Knowledge of New Zealand's building and development regulations is highly desirable.
