Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating collaborations, and implementing community development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to engage with the community and raise awareness about our organization's mission and goals.
Identify and build relationships with key community partners, government entities, and nonprofit organizations.
Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and outreach activities to foster collaboration and community development.
Ensure effective communication and information sharing between our organization and the community.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community impact programs and initiatives.
Measure and evaluate the outcomes and impact of community engagement efforts.
Stay informed about community needs, trends, and best practices in community development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Communications, or Public Administration).
Proven experience in community engagement, partnership building, or similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to network effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Passion for community development and making a positive difference.
Proficiency in German and English languages.
