Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Facility Development Manager to join our team. As the Facility Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the growth and expansion of our physical facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute strategies to enhance our physical facilities in line with our mission and vision
Manage construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors during the planning and implementation phases
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them efficiently
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts for construction and maintenance services
Oversee budgeting and financial management for facility development projects
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in facility management
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities
Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure our facilities meet environmental standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in facility development or a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction, building codes, and regulations
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve our facilities
