Position Overview

As a Sustainability Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products and business operations align with our commitment to environmental stewardship. You will be responsible for:

Conducting environmental impact assessments and recommending mitigation strategies
Developing and implementing sustainable practices throughout the product lifecycle
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in environmentally friendly materials and manufacturing processes
Monitoring and reporting on our sustainability efforts, including carbon emissions, waste management, and water usage
Staying up to date with environmental regulations and industry best practices
Providing guidance to other departments on sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

A background in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and practices
Familiarity with environmental impact assessment methods and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for the outdoors and commitment to environmental conservation
