Job Opening: Guest Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Provide personalized attention to guests, ensuring their needs are met
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
Assist in coordinating guest reservations and special events
Act as a liaison between guests and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our offerings, including menu items, amenities, and services
Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a high-quality dining experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
