We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce to support our growth and maintain our industry-leading position.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the sustainable energy sector.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and propose innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.

Your Qualifications:

Proven work experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
In-depth understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with the sustainable energy industry is a strong asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
