Innovations and Ideas Team

Position: Culinary Curator

We are currently hiring for the role of Culinary Curator, a position tailor-made for creative individuals with a passion for culinary exploration. Putting your imagination to work, you will be responsible for reimagining our dining experiences to delight and surprise our guests.

Responsibilities:

Research and develop new menu concepts that push the boundaries of traditional cuisine, taking into consideration local flavors and global trends.
Collaborate with talented chefs and mixologists to create innovative dishes and cocktails.
Keep track of market changes and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
Continuously experiment with new techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
Create visually stunning plates that appeal to both the eyes and taste buds.

Requirements:
