Seattle Sounders FC is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Master Builder to join our organization. As a Master Builder, you will play a key role in the development and expansion of our world-class facilities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of new facilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage ongoing maintenance and upgrades of existing facilities
- Implement innovative construction practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and other technical documents
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with construction management software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
