About the Role:

Lead and oversee the strategic development initiatives of Bureau d'Études Pierre Fabre in Occitanie, ensuring alignment with our mission and core values.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion by collaborating with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and local communities.
Evaluate the feasibility and viability of potential projects and partnerships, conducting detailed research and analysis.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our position as a key player in the Government/Nonprofit industry.
Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their respective roles.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles within the Government/Nonprofit sector.
Strong knowledge of the Occitanie region's governmental and nonprofit landscape.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and implement change.
