Your Role:

As the Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with diverse communities, facilitating collaborations, and representing our organization in a positive and inclusive manner. Your primary focus will be to coordinate and implement initiatives aimed at improving community engagement, outreach, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement efforts
Create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, community leaders, and organizations
Identify and support community needs through effective partnerships and collaboration
Plan, organize, and coordinate community events, workshops, and programs
Facilitate diversity training sessions for staff members
Prepare reports and analyze data related to community engagement initiatives
Contribute to the development and implementation of inclusive policies and practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Community Development)
Previous experience in community engagement or related roles
Strong understanding of multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven project management and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Passion for serving and making a difference in the community
