Key Responsibilities:

Devise and execute digital engagement strategies to amplify our transportation initiatives and projects
Cultivate and maintain an active and engaged online community through various digital platforms
Create compelling multimedia content including videos, graphics, and interactive features for dissemination across digital channels
Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to continuously improve digital communication efforts
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance digital communication practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or digital content creation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful digital engagement strategies
Proficiency in multimedia editing tools and content management systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making
