Job Description:

Act as our talent acquisition expert, responsible for attracting the best talents in the industry to join our team.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and highly skilled workforce.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks for candidate identification.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, assessment tests, and reference checks.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and project teams to understand their talent requirements and provide them with exceptional candidate recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, ensuring the utilization of cutting-edge techniques.
Provide a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
Ensure compliance with relevant recruitment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Technical proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
