Position: Community Development Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Community Development Manager. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in spearheading initiatives that drive positive change and uplift the local community.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to address local challenges and support sustainable growth.
Liaise with local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Lead and coordinate community-based projects, including fundraising campaigns, training workshops, and advocacy initiatives.
Manage and empower a team of dedicated community coordinators and volunteers.
Evaluate project outcomes, measure impact, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in project management within the social development sector.
Strong understanding of local community dynamics and challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
