Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and address environmental impact areas.
Evaluate and improve the company's social responsibility policies and practices.
Engage with stakeholders and partners to enhance community relations.
Lead and support sustainable development projects.
Research industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
Drive environmental awareness within the company and influence positive behavioral changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, or related fields.
Previous experience in sustainability management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of environmental and social impact assessment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives.
Proficient in project management and analyzing data to measure progress.
Passionate about sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and environmental issues.
