We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team as a Flexible Workstyle Champion. This role plays a vital part in shaping our organization's work environment, focusing on promoting and implementing flexible work arrangements and achieving a harmonious work-life balance for our dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and promote flexible work policies and practices to enhance work-life balance and employee well-being.
Collaborate with management and HR teams to design and refine flexible work arrangements suitable for various roles within the organization, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Advocate for flexible workstyles, foster an inclusive working culture, and provide guidance on related matters to managers and employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies, gather feedback from staff, and recommend improvements to optimize flexibility and productivity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to work-life balance and flexible work, and apply knowledge to optimize organizational practices.
Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on effective implementation and management of flexible work arrangements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop resources, tools, and communication materials to support flexible workstyle initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in designing and implementing flexible work arrangements or promoting work-life balance is preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to flexible work and work-life balance.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to influence and negotiate, driving positive change and adoption of flexible work practices.
Highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for promoting work-life balance and enhancing employee well-being.
