Position: Resourceful Hospitality Associate

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Effectively manage reservations and seating arrangements while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Create memorable dining experiences through personalized interactions and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Act as an ambassador for Seacoast United Sports Club, promoting our values and mission.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and a commitment to environmentally-friendly practices.
Preferred certification in food handling and safety.
