Position: Resourceful Hospitality Associate
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Effectively manage reservations and seating arrangements while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Create memorable dining experiences through personalized interactions and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Act as an ambassador for Seacoast United Sports Club, promoting our values and mission.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and a commitment to environmentally-friendly practices.
- Preferred certification in food handling and safety.
