Job Summary:

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations within our vibrant hospitality establishment.
Assist in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing top-notch support and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Work in close collaboration with different departments to maintain excellence in all aspects of our establishment.
Contribute to the overall success of Port of Amsterdam by actively participating in team initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations while enforcing high-quality service standards.
Oversee customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely deliveries.
Implement and maintain hygiene and safety protocols to create a clean and secure environment.
Assist in organizing and executing special events, conferences, and meetings within the establishment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on customer service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient computer skills, including a good command of MS Office.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
