We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity at Valle d'Aosta Organic Farms, a leading agricultural enterprise based in the beautiful Aosta Valley, Italy. We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Your Role:

Identify and attract talented professionals for various roles within our organization.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultation on recruitment strategies.
Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.
Build a strong talent pipeline by fostering relationships with universities and professional organizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various recruitment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
