Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential candidates
Coordinate and participate in career fairs and networking events
Build and maintain relationships with universities, community organizations, and industry professionals
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
