Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an Environmental Promotion Specialist, you will play a key role in raising public awareness about environmental conservation and promoting sustainable practices within the construction and real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing innovative strategies to incorporate eco-friendly practices into construction and real estate projects.
Creating educational materials and conducting workshops to promote environmentally sustainable processes and technologies in the industry.
Collaborating with construction and real estate companies to identify and implement sustainable initiatives.
Monitoring and evaluating the environmental impact of construction and real estate projects, and suggesting improvements.
Building partnerships with relevant stakeholders, such as government agencies and NGOs, to support environmental conservation efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the construction or real estate industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of sustainability and environmental practices.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify innovative solutions and industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and build lasting partnerships.
A passion for environmental conservation and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to construction and real estate would be advantageous.
