Position: Community Empowerment Specialist

Job Description:

Design and implement programs to strengthen community engagement and participation.
Empower local organizations and individuals to develop innovative initiatives that address community needs.
Collaborate with government agencies, businesses, and nonprofits to foster sustainable partnerships and resource-sharing.
Evaluate the impact of community development initiatives and propose improvements.
Provide guidance and support to community groups and organizations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Urban Planning, Public Administration).
Proven experience in community development, social entrepreneurship, or related areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
