At Murcia Regional Government, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Talent Scout to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Scout, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and evaluating potential candidates who align with our organization's values and goals.

Your key responsibilities as a Talent Scout will include:

Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments to determine suitability for various positions
Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements
Creating compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates
Utilizing various recruitment channels, such as job boards and social media, to promote job opportunities
Conducting interviews, both in person and remotely, to evaluate candidate qualifications
Providing detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability
Participating in career fairs and other networking events to connect with potential candidates
