Your Role: Sustainable Talent Advocate

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and set realistic expectations
Evaluate candidates based on their potential cultural fit and alignment with our sustainability values
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our talent acquisition practices
Design and deliver training programs to support continuous learning and development
Participate in community outreach events to promote social responsibility and sustainable practices

Requirements:

A passion for sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and environmental causes
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
