Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Elite Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications match the position requirements
Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future positions
Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-performing candidates
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field
