Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Manage and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, screening methods, and interview strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
