Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
Manage and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and favorable terms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, screening methods, and interview strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
