Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
Conduct interviews and screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding
Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to expand our reach and visibility among potential candidates
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and success of our talent acquisition efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition
Proven ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
