Join Our Multicultural Team

As we continue to expand our mission and reach, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic and multicultural team as a Cultural Collaboration Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural collaboration initiatives within the community
Facilitate communication and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including local representatives, community organizations, and cultural centers
Organize cultural events, workshops, and activities to foster mutual understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures
Identify funding opportunities and write grant proposals to support cultural integration projects
Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

A genuine passion for promoting multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusivity
A bachelor's degree in cultural studies, social sciences, or a related field
Experience working in community development, preferably in cross-cultural environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to forge positive relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in English and Icelandic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
