About the Role

As a Resource Conservation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and responsible use of natural resources within our operations. Your expertise in environmental management and geology will help us achieve our sustainability goals while minimizing our ecological footprint.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate environmental impact and geologic stability of our operations
Develop strategies for conservation and sustainable resource management
Monitor and analyze resource consumption trends
Identify areas for improvement and implement green initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Conduct research and provide recommendations on environmental best practices
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and conservation organizations

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
Proven experience in resource conservation and environmental management
Strong knowledge of geologic aspects related to resource extraction
Familiarity with national and international environmental regulations
Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
