Position: Sustainable Beauty Specialist
Location: Vestland, Norway

Responsibilities:

Research, develop, and introduce natural and eco-friendly beauty products to the market
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure sustainability aspects are integrated into all stages of product lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in sustainable beauty practices
Educate customers on the benefits of using environmentally-friendly beauty products
Lead sustainability initiatives within the company and create awareness about eco-conscious beauty practices

Requirements:

A passion for sustainable beauty and commitment to environmental stewardship
Experience in the Beauty/Healthcare industry with a focus on sustainable practices
Strong knowledge of natural ingredients and ability to formulate innovative beauty products
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the importance of sustainability to customers and colleagues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
