We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our growing team in the vibrant field of communication and media. As a Dynamic Content Strategist at Rödboms Café, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and image of our brand.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with our brand's vision and objectives
Manage and update our digital presence, including our website, social media platforms, and other online channels
Create engaging and impactful content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and visuals, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure consistency and cohesion across all communication channels
Analyze and monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content performance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our communication strategies

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in content strategy, preferably within the food and hospitality industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques
Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop compelling content ideas
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Swedish and English languages is required
