Position: Community Development Strategist

We are searching for a forward-thinking individual with a solid background in community engagement, strategic planning, and project management to spearhead our initiatives. The chosen candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, develop innovative strategies, and lead our efforts in enhancing the socio-economic landscape of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement community development programs geared towards sustainable growth and positive impact.
Forge partnerships with local organizations, government bodies, and non-profit agencies to drive collaborative initiatives.
Lead and inspire teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with Euskalit's mission and values.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for community advancement and propose actionable solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to maximize impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Community Development, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in executing successful community development projects, preferably in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Proven track record of strategic planning, project management, and partnership building.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
A passionate advocate for sustainability, social responsibility, and equitable community development.
